adequate stay with minor issues

wrong code bathroom stains

The check-in process was not smooth. The code initially provided didn't work, and i had to spend quite a bit of time on the phone to resolve it. it's frustrating when you're tired and just want to get into your room, you know? also, the bathroom door had some noticeable stains. I mean, it wasn't the end of the world, but it did detract from the overall cleanliness. i think attention to detail in these areas would make a big difference.

A reasonably good stay

central location train station food options street noise thin curtains second floor

The location was AMAZING. It was about 10 mins walk from the train station. The Palais de congres was just 3 minutes away, made attending my conference super convenient. There were also lots of food options around the area. I found a great little boutique grocery store on the next street and several restaurants.

The noise from the street was very LOUD. I stayed on the second floor, and this was particularly noticeable late on Saturday night. Earplugs and a noise machine were provided. this was not enough. The curtains did not adequately cover the window. This meant that people in the building across could see in.

fantastic stay!

useful chromecast convenient location

the tv had chromecast, which i found very useful for casting from my iphone. there was an excellent washing machine and dryer available right in the room. the location was also very convenient, especially its proximity to the palais des congrès.

the keyless electronic access system didn't always work, and other guests seemed to have the same issue. we had to try several times to gain access to the building.

the apartment provides a kettle and a toaster for quick meal preparation. the washing machine was excellent and the dryer was definitely a bonus for longer stays, a very good appliance.

the location offers easy access to multiple restaurants, cafés, and the metro, which greatly facilitates exploring the area. this allows guests to easily visit various spots within the city.

every interaction with an employee was friendly. they were helpful and very pleasant to deal with. i appreciated their positive attitude when addressing my questions.

clean rooms and good amenities

this space allowed me to relax. a separate living area and sectioned bedroom was great. the kitchen had many facilities. the essentials cupboard had extra towels and other supplies. a private washer and dryer was very useful. this was a major reason i booked the apartment.

i found the noise from the street loud on saturday night. earplugs and a noise machine were provided, but it wasn't enough. curtains did not adequately cover the window. people in the building across could see in.

the train station was only a block away. site seeing and the waterfront were easy to reach by foot. many restaurants and cafes were steps away. the central location is a plus.

the two-bedroom apartment balcony had much space. the kitchen had all equipment i needed for cooking simple meals. the beds had comfortable linens and pillows.

one of the elevators made a funny noise sometimes.
